Not all steel is forged equal. At Ningbo Shibang, we source premium cold-rolled steel coils (typically Q235B and Q345B grades). Cold-rolling refines the steel's structural grain orientation, increasing yield strength and ultimate tensile capacity. By passing high-grade sheet metal through our automated forming mills, we achieve precise gauge thickness and geometric consistency, preventing stress concentration points along structural uprights and horizontal step beams.
This structural optimization ensures that our heavy-duty configurations can easily carry static loads ranging from 1,500 KG up to over 6,000 KG per pallet level, maintaining minimal deflection ratios according to international L/300 safety parameters.
Industrial racks suffer persistent wear from forklifts and pallet friction. Our fully automated multi-stage pre-treatment wash removes oils, scale, and rust, establishing an optimal surface for powder bonding. We apply a heavy-duty, thermosetting epoxy-polyester powder coating, cured under precise temperature controls.
